Our
controlMANAGER data loggers and controllers are industrially hardened PLC (programmable
logic controllers) that are used throughout the automation industry
today for both discrete batch manufacturing, as well as process control
using PID loop and advanced control features. They are also used in
electric and gas meter reading applications, pipeline metering, and in
several OEM applications. These controllers have at minimum (1)
Ethernet port, (1) COM serial port, and (1) USB port, and can also be
purchased with (2) COM ports if the USB port is not required.
All controlWARE controllers are programmed with ISaGRAF PLC configuration software, which is based
on the only internationally recognized
industrial automation control language, the IEC61131-3, to fully
support all five of the PLC languages : Ladder Diagram (LD), Function
Block Diagram (FBD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Structured Text
(ST), and Instruction List (IL) plus Flow Chart (FC). The control
instructions can be protected in "User Control Blocks" which enables
the OEM market to use the controller capabilities while protecting
their Intellectual Property.
